DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
Pastry Puffsheets - 2 nos Keep Separate- Beef/ Chicken/ Fish (ground) - 500 gms
- Greenchillies - 1 nos
- Garlic/ Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Red onion - 1 large
- Garammasala - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 pinch
- Oregano - 1.5 tsp
- Salt - As reqd
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Place the ground beef in it.
- Add the remaining ingredients (other than #8 & 9) along with salt and allow it to fry for 5-8 mins on a medium heat.
- Add the Oregano and let it cook on low fire for another 2-3 minutes
- When done, remove from fire and keep aside.
- Take puffs pastry sheets and roll them a little with the rolling pin.
- Cut them into four into four inches square pieces.
- Smear a little butter on the pastry sheet. Just a touch only.
- Place the stuffing on one half of the sheet and add a pinch of coriander leaf on top and fold the remaining half back.
- Take a little amount of water and press both the ends of stuffed puffs.
- Repeat the procedure for the remaining stuffing.
- Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 mins or till light brown and crispy.
The oregano is added to introduce a delicious smell into the meat.
